The application period for participation in the 2027 campaign is OPEN and will remain open
until March 31. Your organization's complete application, required documentation, and fee payment must be submitted or postmarked no
later than March 31. NOTE: If you previously participated in Pick.Click.Give. do not start an application without logging in.

Through the Charitable Contribution Program (Pick.Click.Give.), Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) recipients may direct a portion or all of their PFD to qualified educational organizations, charitable organizations, or community foundations. Agencies wishing to be considered for inclusion on the list of qualified organizations for the 2027 PFD must submit this application and the required documentation in a timely manner. All nonprofits are required to apply each year, regardless of their past eligibility status.

The following documentation is required for an application to be considered compete:
Completed application form.
IRS 501(c)(3) tax exempt letter of notification.
If required, IRS Form 990, 990EZ, or 990N (e-postcard) for the most recently completed fiscal year that ended prior to January 1. If the 990 / 990 EZ / 990N has not been completed for that fiscal year, provide the IRS granted extension plus the IRS 990 / 990EZ / 990N for the previous fiscal year. Acceptable documentation of the IRS granted extension includes the associated IRS CP211A approval notice or a receipt through the IRS e-file Program that includes the extension's assigned Submission Identification Number.
If a financial audit of your organization was required by the federal government for the fiscal year of your Internal Revenue Form 990, you must submit a copy of the audited financial statements complete with the independent auditor's report.
Required Payment:
Each application must be accompanied by a $250 nonrefundable fee paid online through your application, by check, or money order payable to the Alaska Community Foundation. The phrase Pick.Click.Give. 2027 must be written on the memo line. This fee was established by the Alaska Legislature to fund application and disbursement processing, nonprofit education through The Foraker Group, and PFD-Pick.Click.Give. webpage administration by The State of Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend Department.
