About
For nearly 70 years, The Arc of Anchorage has supported Alaskans who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. As a family-focused, community-based organization, we provide comprehensive services throughout every stage of life. Our programs include housing, employment support, life-skills development, recreational opportunities, and specialized health and behavioral care. We believe every person has unique dreams, goals, interests, talents, and abilities. By offering meaningful choices and individualized support, we help the people we serve live full, self-directed lives and participate in their communities.
