"Making a difference in the lives and families of young children within our communities." This is our mission statement and what drives the work we do. We have a 50 year history of providing high quality early childhood and family services. To make the greatest difference we believe that you must begin early... early in childhood and early in the parenting years. By investing our time and efforts here, we can build strong foundations that will help insure success in school and in life.

CCS Early Learning is primarily funded through federal and state grants which can be used for most aspects of our programming. However, non-restricted funds (donations and earned income) are very important for aspects of our program that are not covered by our grants - and which are crucial for agency sustainability. We also are required to provide a 20% non-federal match in order to receive our primary federal grants. The support of individuals and businesses in our community is vital to help us continue meeting the needs of children and families - and in helping us to gather the matching amounts that are required!
