Alaska Common Ground’s mission is to engage and inform Alaskans to cultivate understanding and cooperation on issues important to Alaska. Since 1991, we’ve brought Alaskans together across diverse perspectives to learn about, share ideas, and find solutions to challenges facing our state including fiscal sustainability, education, health care, climate and energy, housing, and more—promoting civil dialogue and informed decision-making for a just, sustainable, and vibrant future for all Alaskans.

When you give to Alaska Common Ground through Pick.Click.Give, your donation supports our ability to implement high-quality public forums and dialogues that lead to thoughtful, civil conversations on issues that matter to Alaskans across the state. All of our events are always free and open to the public.As ACG’s events are planned by our all-volunteer board members, often with member volunteers, your donation primarily funds the costs associated with preparing and implementing our events to include staff time and the technical support needed to record and/or livestream each event so Alaskans across the state can participate in real time or view them later.
