The Fallen Outdoors (TFO) is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting Veterans, active-duty service members, and Gold Star families with the healing power of the outdoors. Founded in 2009 by three soldiers during their deployment in Afghanistan, TFO creates opportunities for camaraderie, adventure, and purpose through outdoor experiences such as hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking. Team Alaska proudly serves those who have served our nation by organizing and hosting outdoor adventures across the state’s rugged landscapes. Our mission is to build lasting connections, foster healing, and help Veterans rediscover purpose through shared outdoor experiences. Every dollar donated stays local and directly supports trips, equipment, and outreach efforts that bring Veterans and their families together in nature. Whether it’s a day on the water, a weekend in the mountains, or an unforgettable hunt, these moments help our heroes find peace, strength, and belonging.
