About
The mission of the Friends of the Palmer Public Library is to assist the Palmer Public Library in developing programs to meet current community needs; to assist in promoting knowledge of and participation in library programs; to aid in providing funds to meet special library needs; and to provide a channel for individuals and organizations to express ideas and make suggestions for the library use and services.
How Pick.Click.Give. makes a difference
With your support through Pick.Click.Give, the Friends of the Palmer Public Library can further our mission to bring special programs and resources to the Palmer Public Library. The Friends of the Library is also the primary sponsor of the Palmer Library Summer Reading Program which served over 1,000 youth in our community this past summer. Special efforts are being undertaken to plan programming during school breaks to meet the needs of children and families, as well as further develop the library's resources for adults in the community. Our library is the heart of our community and the Friends of the Palmer Public Library will use your contribution to help strengthen and grow this wonderful resource in our town.
