We exist to serve Christ and our community. Our mission is to feed the hungry, give warm and safe shelter to the homeless, and clothe those who have need. We give hope and a hand up, not just a hand-out.
How Pick.Click.Give. makes a difference
In 2025 the Fairbanks Rescue Mission served 689+ individuals. These men, women and children were provided with safety, warmth, a clean bed, food (over 52,933 meals), kindness and clothing. They were also given an opportunity to change the circumstances of their lives through case management and residential programs. In addition to case management, we make our clients aware of job and housing placement programs, work with homeless veterans and job skills training through our Enterprise program.FRM is primarily funded through the gifts of individuals, businesses, civic groups, and churches. We are able to provide temporary emergency services to the Interior of Alaska because of donors throughout Alaska. Pick. Click. Give. is an easy way for people to care for those in our community who are in bad circumstances and often without hope.
