The American Civil Liberties Union of Alaska is the Alaska affiliate of the national ACLU, the nations’ oldest and largest protector of the Bill of Rights. We are Alaska’s premier civil liberties advocate. By integrating litigation, advocacy, and public education, the ACLU of Alaska defends and expands individual rights guaranteed to every Alaskan by the constitutions and laws of Alaska and the United States.
