About
At 3 to 5 Preschool, our philosophy is that young children learn best when provided with a safe, structured, and exciting learning environment. Our teachers believe that students excel with an equal emphasis on play as well as enhanced curriculum. Both our indoor and outdoor environments provide many opportunities for exploring and engaging in a world of activities. Through child directed and teacher facilitated play and a structured class schedule, the children acquire self-confidence, independence, excitement in learning, social skills, joy in friendship, self-discipline, curiosity and physical coordination.

Pick.Click.Give Donations help us to keep tuition as low as possible so that our young families are able to give their children the advantage of preschool. Many studies have shown that children who attend preschool are much more likely to do well in school and go on to excel in college, throughout their lives and to then give back to their own communities. In addition, donations allow us to keep teacher/student ratios low, provide a living wage to staff, and support ongoing training and education for best practices and child focused education. And finally, a portion of funds received from the generous Pick. Click. Give. donations of fellow Alaskans is designated for our scholarship funds for the children of our lowest income families.
